Where things stand

XNA-1Depot stalls · Northwest Arkansas

Buy the cab. We run the yard.

A Cybercab still needs somewhere to live. Between rides it has to park, charge, get cleaned and stand ready — and that work does not disappear because the steering wheel did. You own the vehicle. We operate the depot it comes home to.

Nothing is operating yet.

There is no depot, no stall and no service. This page exists to find out whether anyone here wants one. Joining the list costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and there is no deposit to pay — if anyone asks you for money for a Cybercab stall today, in this market or any other, that is worth a second look.

01 — What a stall includes

The operations layer, and nothing you did not ask for.

An assigned covered stall

A numbered bay in the XNA-1 book — row B or C, under canopy, on a charging pad. Your vehicle has one address and it stays yours.

Charging without a plug

The Cybercab charges inductively. It parks over a pad and charges; nobody handles a cable and nothing has to open a door for it. Energy is rebilled at cost plus a stated margin, not marked up quietly.

Interior resets between rides

Cleaning treated as a staffed job rather than something done when there is time. A published allowance of resets is included; anything past it is billed at a rate you can read here before you sign.

Secure overnight storage

Fenced and gated yard, cameras, monitored alarm and patrol. A depot of driverless vehicles is a target, and we would rather say what the answer is than imply there is nothing to answer.

Incident intake

A stopped vehicle, a scene to clear, a call from a fire crew. We take it, log it, and hand you the record — including a reference for anything escalated to the manufacturer.

One statement a month

Per-vehicle uptime, what was spent, what it earned, what we charged. The same numbers we run the depot on.

02 — Indicative pricing

What it would cost, and why we will not pretend that is final.

A stall fee depends on how many stalls exist. The yard, the canopy, the building and the crew cost very nearly the same whether the book is full or half empty, so the price per stall falls as the book grows. Publishing a firm number before the book is sized would be a number we could not keep.

Indicative monthly fee$650per stall, per month, at a full first book
Onboarding, once
$250 per vehicle
Energy
rebilled at cost plus 15%
Resets beyond the allowance
$25 each
Deposit
none, and none is coming

That figure comes out of the same cost model we would run the depot on — yard, canopy, charging pads, building, crew, insurance and contingency, divided by stalls. It holds at a first book that fills. At half a book it would have to be materially higher, which is precisely why the book has to be sized before anyone is quoted.

03 — Run the numbers yourself

We are not going to tell you what your car will earn.

Other regional sites publish projected returns per vehicle. Every one of those rests on a network split Tesla has never released. Here is the arithmetic instead, and the four things nobody knows — including us.

Your side of it, per vehicle per year

  • Paid miles × fare per mile = gross
  • Less the network share unpublished
  • Less insurance get a quote — it is the big one
  • Less energy, tyres, wear rebilled or billed direct
  • Less our stall fee $650/mo indicative
  • Less depreciation your accountant, not us
What a fleet operator is paid
Tesla has published no operator terms and no network split.
How many paid miles a cab does here
Northwest Arkansas is about 570,000 people. Austin models assume 50,000 paid miles a year in a metro four times the size.
What insurance costs
Driverless operation has no actuarial history. This is the largest knowable unknown and it needs a quote, not an estimate.
When Arkansas approves anything
No published processing time for an autonomous vehicle programme application.

If those four resolve badly, this does not work for you and we would rather you found that out on your own spreadsheet than on our invoice.

04 — What we never do

The short list, so it is on the record.

  • Take title. The vehicle is registered to you and stays that way.
  • Take equity in your vehicle or your earnings.
  • Rebrand your cab as ours. A small mark on the rear quarter is opt-in; the body stays stock.
  • Operate the manufacturer’s network, or promise you a place on it.
  • Guarantee ride demand, a fare, or a return.

05 — Join the list

Book one opens when the depot is secured. Not before.

Tell us you would want a stall and roughly how many. That is the single most useful thing anyone can do for this project right now — it is the number that decides whether the depot gets built at all.

No deposit, no reservation, no obligation. We will tell you when the depot is real and what a stall actually costs. If the answer turns out to be that it does not work, we will tell you that too.

Or write to partners@robotaxinwa.com — particularly if you have property, power, or more than one vehicle in mind.
